Жители северной окраины Читы стали свидетелями полета неопознанного летающего объекта. Со слов очевидцев, вчера, 15 февраля, примерно в 18-10 местного времени в Чите в районе Телецентра в небе был замечен летящий объект. Согласно рассказам свидетелей явления, объект шел на высоте от 500 до 1000 метров, однако эти данные могут быть неточны из-за незнания истинных размеров НЛО.
Сам объект был темного цвета и имел неправильную форму, напоминающую треугольник со сглаженными углами. Судя по тому, за какое время он исчез за линией горизонта, пройдя над стадионом ?Высокогорье?, его скорость можно оценить примерно в 5-7 метров в секунду. При этом никаких звуковых и световых явлений не наблюдалось.

? Я выгуливала собаку и заметила, что мальчишки, играющие во дворе, смотрят куда-то вверх. Потом один закричал: ?Летающая тарелка!?. Прямо над двором в небе пролетел странный предмет, совершенно ни на что не похожий.
Одному из жителей указанного района удалось запечатлеть НЛО на цифровой фотоаппарат. Как рассказал сам автор снимка, он успел заметить в небе какое-то темное пятно и сразу бросился за камерой. В это время НЛО проходил чуть правее здания ГТРК ?Чита?.

The Georgia Guidestones are a huge granite artifact in Elbert County, Georgia, USA. It is sometimes referred to as an "American Stonehenge", a title which has been applied at times to a number of other structures[1]. A message comprising ten guides is inscribed on the structure in eight modern languages, and a shorter message is inscribed at the top of the structure in four ancient scripts: Babylonian, Classical Greek, Sanskrit, and Egyptian hieroglyphs.

A capstone lies on top of the five slabs, which are astronomically aligned. A new oxygen and anti-g system has been implemented in the Swedish forth generation mulitrole aircraft JAS 39 GRIPEN C and D. In the Gripen the pilot is exposed to 9G for long periods of time. Therefore the Anti-G protection is more important than ever. Due to the implementation of OBOGS (On Board Oxygen Generating System), the anti-g system also had to be changed. During the first test flight with high G-loads with the new OBOGS and anti-G system in GRIPEN test aircraft 39-800 (twin-seat) the pilots got a grey-out and after evaluation of data from the flight it was shown that the pressure in the G-suit was below specified limits. At this time it was suspected to be an individual problem with the G-regulators and therefore they were changed to other units, but due to flight tests of the ECS (Environmental Control System) another problem arose before the anti-G testing could go on.
The ECS tests showed that the supply pressure from the ECS during some flight cases was below the minimum requirement that the OBOGS and anti-g system was qualified for. The anti-G tests had to be postponed until the supply pressure to the anti-G system could be guaranteed to be above the minimum requirements. Therefore a number of changes to improve the supply pressure and reduce the pressure drops in the anti-g system were implemented. After a new test period with testing of the modifications, which were successful, the problem with the low pressure in the g-suit still existed even though the G-regulators had been changed.
After tests of several G-regulators it was shown that a high percentage of the G-regulators gave a low pressure in the G-suit and quite often below minimum specified values. After some close teamwork with the G-regulator supplier HAY, a modification of the anti-gregulator was made in order to be able to guarantee correct pressure in the g-suit. DTIC

The Indian Emperor Ashoka started a "Secret Society of the Nine Unknown Men": great Indian scientists who were supposed to catalogue the many sciences. Ashoka kept their work secret because he was afraid that the advanced science catalogued by these men, culled from ancient Indian sources, would be used for the evil purpose of war, which Ashoka was strongly against, having beenconverted to Buddhism after defeating a rival army in a bloody battle. The"Nine Unknown Men" wrote a total of nine books, presumably one each. Book number was "The Secrets of Gravitation!" This book, known to historians, but not actually seen by them dealt chiefly with "gravity control." It is presumably still around somewhere, kept in a secret library in India, Tibet or else where (perhaps even in North America somewhere). One can certainly understand Ashoka's reasoning for wanting to keep such knowledge a secret, assuming it exists. Ashoka was also aware of devastating wars using such advanced vehicles and other "futuristic weapons" that had destroyed the ancient Indian "Rama Empire" several thousand years before.
Only a few years ago, the Chinese discovered some Sanskrit documents in Lhasa, Tibet and sent them to the University of Chandrigarh to be translated. Dr. Ruth Reyna of the University said recently that the documents contain directions for building interstellar spaceships! Their method of propulsion, she said, was "anti- gravitational" and was based upon a system analogous to that of "laghima," the unknown power of the ego existing in man's physiological makeup, "a centrifugal force strong enough tocounteract all gravitational pull." According to Hindu Yogis, it is this "laghima" which enables a person to levitate. Dr. Reyna said that on board these machines, which were called "Astras" by the text, the ancient Indians could have sent a detachment of men onto any planet,according to the document, which is thought to be thousands of years old. Themanuscripts were also said to reveal the secret of "antima"; "the cap ofinvisibility" and "garima"; "how to become as heavy as a mountain of lead."Naturally, Indian scientists did not take the texts very seriously, but thenbecame more positive about the value of them when the Chinese announced that they were including certain parts of the data for study in their spaceprogram! This was one of the first instances of a government admitting to be researching anti-gravity. The manuscripts did not say definitely that interplanetary travel was evermade but did mention, of all things, a planned trip to the Moon, though it is not clear whether this trip was actually carried out.
However, one of the great Indian epics,the Ramayana, does have a highly detailed story in it of atrip to the moon in a Vihmana (or "Astra"), and in fact details a battle on themoon with an "Asvin" (or Atlantean") airship. This is but a small bit ofrecent evidence of anti-gravity and aerospace technology used by Indians. To really understand the technology, we must go much further back in time. The so-called "Rama Empire" of Northern India and Pakistan developed at leastfifteen thousand years ago on the Indian subcontinent and was a nation of manylarge, sophisticated cities, many of which are still to be found in the deserts of Pakistan, northern, and western India. Rama existed, apparently, parallel to the Atlantean civilization in the mid- Atlantic Ocean, and wasruled by "enlightened Priest-Kings" who governed the cities.

NEW YORK (Dow Jones) -- With oil at record highs grabbing everyone's attention, investors in energy stocks are already turning to the Atlantic Hurricane season to determine which firms will benefit and which will lose.
Even a slight disruption to production facilities in the Gulf of Mexico could push oil prices to even higher stratospheric levels, unleashing more dislocation in the energy sector: Hurting some oil and gas producers and refiners while benefiting oil players, such as aftermath service providers, analysts said.
The Gulf of Mexico provices about 32% of crude oil and 15% of U.S. natural gas production.
"The hurricane season can affect the [energy] sector dramatically. It's all about the fear factor," said Beth Sewell, managing partner of Quantum Gas & Power Services. "As a storm comes, traders will always trade on the uncertainty and trading goes through the roof."
The Atlantic hurricane season officially begins on June 1 and runs through the end of November, and the period between August to September historically provides the bulk of named storms and major hurricanes.
Ever since the disasters of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in the summer of 2005, traders have tended to added premiums to some energy stocks ahead of time. According to Sewell, there is already a hurricane-related premium of about 10% to 20% on average in energy stocks.
"It's already been jacked up given all the international and hedge fund money flowing into the sector," she said.
Yet, the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration currently forecasts a 65% chance that this year's season will be more active than normal and yielding above-average size storms.
Meanwhile, AccuWeather is predicting 12 named storms in 2008, and believes at least 40% of them will cause tropical storm or hurricane conditions along the U.S. coastline.
Energy dislocations
With the overall energy sector already incensed by record oil prices, many sectors within the energy space are already exceptionally volatile, according to Susquehanna, an institutional sale, research and market making firm.
"In our opinion, this year's hurricane season is likely to be watched very closely as investors typically envision worst case scenarios, and any storm headed for the Gulf of Mexico could potentially set off a rush of speculative buying," said Brian Niemiec, energy analyst at Susquehanna, in a note.
This year's first named storm could be a potential catalyst for the overall sector since last year's hurricane season was somewhat uneventful, he said.
According to Niemec's analysis, oil and gas exploration and production players with significant exposure to the Gulf of Mexico with limited hedging against production losses are Nexen Inc.
